re: 2026 Football Recruiting

Yeah Beale, but we seem closer to getting another 4 star DL from Okie State Tahj Overton. On 3 has predicted a Overton flip. Beale has been quiet. I don't think Arkansas has anyone left we would be interested in.

3* DE Landon Bland from Carthage is a OSU commit that is underrated. He would be a good flip. He is fast, big, and strong. His speed for his size might be the most impressive part of his game. He will be 1st team 5A All-State. Drink watched him and Cantwell play against each other last year and he got an offer. Coach Early is his recruiter

2 weeks ago he put Cantwell on his arse twice in the first half.

Carthage is Webb City’s biggest rival, so I’ve seen him play 4 times 2 in regular season and 2 district games. I’m going to see him in 2 weeks and again if we play them in districts.

Last year when they beat us in the regular season he was almost unstoppable. When we beat them in districts he had an OT and TE on him every play when he played outside. When he would move inside we would run a read option.

Carthage lost 2 games last year to us and Nixa. They were a lot better than us, but were out coached in the district game. They hate Webb City, because they have only beat us 4 times in the last 30 plus years.

So who are some of the guys next up on our wish list? Or are we done with high school recruits and saving the rest of our spots for transfer portal?

Ruffin would have seen a hell of a performance by the DL. But Colorado won what they consider to be a big game over Iowa State.
