Excellent! 4* on 247. Was a 4* on composite recently but I guess one of the other services dropped his ranking.
Anyway, very nice talent to add to the secondary where we could oviously use it!

He is 66 one thousandths away from 4 star. All he needs is a LSU, Bama, UGA or Florida offer and he will magically get to 4 star.

I like this recruit and as an early enrollee could be an impact player next season.
He has good size and speed. He is ranked either 2 or 3 in the shuttle. 4.19 shuttle is really impressive for a safety and underrated stat for the position.
He seems to be underrated by looking at his stats. The highest rated safety in the class has a shuttle of 4.22(has higher 40 and vertical).

BO has an interesting strategy with DBs. He’s recruited a lot since he came here that are listed as either corner or safety.
Manuel and Burdine so far in this class
Collins and Ware in the 2018 class
You could probably say the same about Acy and Holmes from 2016.
It’s too early to say how it will work out since only Acy is an upperclassman.
Manuel didn’t go to many of the big camps, or I think he would have been closer to a 4 star recruit. I think his athleticism is better than Burdine.

I also think Manuel is underrated.
He’s an excellent athlete. Finished second in state at both the 110 and 300M hurdles.
