LA DE Chris Turner is visiting this week. This kid is super athletic, but needs some weight obviously. He was the guy that almost committed at Night at The Zou so maybe commitment watch this weekend.

How many WR can we be taking? Hope this isn't a sign of a decommit from one of our current WR commits or Thomas not coming.

Yea I don't know that he committed. Just the Mizzou recruiting twitter account listed a commitment from a Texas area code. Gardiner is from Kemp Texas, which is in that area code.

I'd be shocked if Thomas is coming at this point with the shite show of an offense we've had short of the Delaware State game. Maybe if Bama's offer isn't commitable.

The offense is better this year than last year, and he was still interested.

Exactly. I think we have good shot. Anyway, I think Ford could play DB if necessary so I'm not worried about it.

Gardner's profile shows he's 6'5" and runs a 4.3. Not sure how accurate but watching his hudl he's definitely fast.

There's also several sophomore/junior WRs that have basically not played this year. Guys like Blair and Dilosa.

2 position groups that j expect the most transfers are WR & LB

What about the offense would be undesirable to a WR looking to play early? During conference play MU is 3rd in YPG, 3rd in attempts per game, and 5th in YPA. If the #1 target didn't have rock paws, they would be pushing for top in the conference in every passing category. T

If Thomas wants a guaranteed shot at a ring, sure go play in Tuscaloosa. I wouldn't blame him if he did. If Thomas decides to go play for Saban, it won't be because of what Heupel is trying to do with his skill players.

Yeah, I meant to mention that as well. WR is a prime spot for some processing to be done. So I see us taking at least 4 and then obviously Thomas has a spot no matter what.

Thomas more than likely won't be on a squad next fall because of academics. bama will cool on him and we will be loyal after he goes to hutch or some other juco.

247sports has him as a hard Mizzou commit, but Mizzou doesn't have him listed on their 2017 commit list. This kid has only 6 catches in his high school career.

He's undecided here:
