Thia is how I look at this recruiting class. Stars of the show. Coaching staff.
We want big and nasty Lineman. Simms has said MU wants him at Guard. RB will be 5-10-6'1" weighting 190-210. Inside the numbers but can get to the outside and succeed. They will bring in a change of pace back. TE will be blockers and H-Back types. D-Lineman will be versitale. MLB will hard nosed, blue collar. OLB will be the athletes, CB will be playmakers and S will be the Hard hitters, in the box stuffing the run type. QB will be moble and accurate. Ideally Chase Daniel like. WR will be a mix of possion guys and Playmaker guys.

Here's some more info.
I checked the LandThieves site. Looks like they were very much interested in him, but pulled the offer.

Their board is speculating it's grades.

He must have scored terrible on his first ACT attempt. Let's nget him the same tutor that got TBJ over the hump.

I would think waiting too long would jeopardize the availability of scholarships. Guess he is good enough someone will get forced out to make room for him though.

What did mubobby say about him?

Its only a good idea for the better players. Someone can always be processed out to make room.
If its academics, its smart to hold off. If he qualifies later, he will get some of those offers back i.e. Oklahoma. If he signs our LOI he's locked in to us.

It's just weird because the guy seemed to be all about Mizzou. I don't think its grades because those guys usually still sign unless there is just no hope.
Anyway, aside from Terry I don't think this class is near finished. They'll look to sign a few more.

I can't imagine who they'd get at this point that is worth the schollie.

there are always guys floating around after signing day. I'd imagine we'll go after a few if the coaches think they can help.

Ryan Walters calls Dimetrios Mason "probably the steal of the class."
I really like this guys film as a DB. Would not be surprised if he ends up being a good player for us.

I think this class went about as good as it could this year. I feel pretty good about the players they have.
I'm going away with the impression that Odom and staff filled key needs for the team. Wide reciever, QB, SEC caliber RB's, SEC size O-linemen, good defensive players to add to an already talented defense.
There was exellent talent on this team already, so I'll.set back and see what proven coaches can do with that talent. This class just adds to that and actually I think will improve he team.
I'm feeling optimistic. Sometimes quality isn't always in the numbers but in the finished product. We've seen that time and again with this program.

Marvin Terry situation - unknown "legal issue" is the hang-up.
Gabe DeArmond - Logic tells me Missouri probably needs to know more about how things are going to work out before bringing the kid into the program.

Has Marvin been smoking weed?
Remember a few years ago, the LB recruit from Florida who was considering Mizzou, but then was charged with raping his 12 year old cousin? Crazy shite kids get into these days. I remember when things like shoplifting got all your offers pulled because it scared schools. Schools almost need the same type of background detectives the NFL uses.

Well, I asked someone last night what was Terry's deal.. He said he had heard it was Legal, but wouldn't elaborate.
FWIW this source has been spot on in the past for me.
Just never has alot to say

I'd say the odds are against him coming to Mizzou at this point.

Hopefully he hit his drunk stepfather in defense of his mother.
Please be the case!
