Is there anything anyone would like me to add to the OP?

Maybe future announcement dates? That may be difficult to do because they change so easily.
I think it's pretty good the way it is though.

PIctures of recruits at The Pony with their "hostess".

What about guys that have us in their top 3, or just potential commits.

Paul just had an article about McNair remaining solid with us.

Yeah they seem to be doing a pretty decent job with him. I figured he would have jumped on that Florida offer but he hasn't even really talked about wanting to go there at all.
Also, If we can get Fletcher to commit in August and have Farrod along with several of the other in state guys we already have, IMO it's going to be really hard for Leo and Peters to tell us no. I know that there is still always a chance they will but you have to like where we are sitting at that point.

I think on the LSU recruiting board someone posted a thing saying Peters had shuffled his top three to have LSU and FSU ahead of us. Is that true?

I know he said those were the top group. Don't think he said anything about who was leading. Pretty sure he recently missed out on an FSU visit though. Not sure why.

The LSU folks may have misinterpreted, then.
Kinda surprised about the FSU thing, I was kinda expecting him to name them his leader after a visit. Should bode well for us.

I read a little about that, and I think they're getting it from the Clarion-Ledger article. Granted her writing is a little weird and vague, but I didn't get that at any point of it.

What do yall think a 10 win season does for our 2015 class? I know it won't hurt, but do you see it bringing in any high profile recruits who wouldn't have otherwise?
Posted on 6/30/14 at 9:29 pm to SECROCKS!
I think wins and losses have little do with current recruiting classes(barring a total meltdown/hot seat situation). It's future classes that you reap rewards from a great season with...
A 10-win season likely leads to some pretty extensive coaching turnover for us, especially Brian Johnson and Geoff Collins, which probably then hurts our recruiting more than the extra win or two would help in the immediate sense.
Either way, I'd love to find out. Especially now that we'll have the money to hire sure things when we see fit.

Yeah, our 2011 class was our worst star wise b/c we ended up losing Hud and Diaz that winter after winning 9 games. 2009 & 2012 were our best after relatively poor years.

Paul just tweeted out a update on Leo from the Bama site. anyone have access or knows what it says?
Posted on 7/4/14 at 11:26 pm to Civildawg
Leo= no care. If he wants to follow in Jimmy John's footsteps then piss on him.
