Yes. They're used for "administrative" functions. Only certain folks have access to them.

I am seeing a different font as well.

Support, it was not letting me post at all earlier and the new is sorta like "new" Coke and we all know how that turned out. If the Rant is going sugar or caffeine free it will not end well.
