Listen, Caw. I think you're a jackass troll. Just being honest. But, from everything I've heard and read today. You were right all along. The UAA/Stricklin told Sumrall to tone down his F bombs after the Auburn win. They've successfully neutered another head coach. I think Stricklin is the real problem. He needs to go, now.

If true that is BS. It was noticeable how low key Sumrall was after the SC beatdown.

But can we just stick together on Scott Stricklin and Jamie McClosky being fired?
We don’t need to be buddies and can flame and troll each other while doing that but we need to send some vitriol towards the UAA especially stricklin
Also we need to bully Gary Condron into stepping away from the booster circuit like we did Hal Lewis

Firing Stricklin today will have no impact on this football team. That is a conversation for the off season.
I have no idea what happened to this team the last couple weeks. In my life I don't remember a complete collapse this bad. I don't even know who to blame. Responsibility lies with Sumrall, he is paid the big bucks to win football games, but I am not sure he is solely to blame. Is the problem overall talent, coaching, heart? Maybe it's all 3 and you may be able to list a dozen or more reasons. I got nothing.
Anyway, Go Gators, beat Texas!!!

It's fans like this is why we haven't won a championship in 17 years. Always protecting the UAA. No indoor practice facility until 2015. No standalone football facility until 2022. Meanwhile Bama got all that after Saban won in 2010. It's why this program has fallen into the dark ages.

Same old tired BS. This isn't the old CFB where you just blame the coaches. We fired Muschamp and Mullen and while they were experts on their side of the field, they never had the resources to compete with the championship contenders every year. NIL is the huge problem and the university doesn't want to play ball.

No. Just no. Stop.

You really believe that firing Stricklin will make a difference this season?
It will just add to the turmoil. A subject for off season.
I didn't just blame the coaches, in fact I believe we have more of a player issue than coaching issue.
Sorry, not a fair weather fan, like many on this board.

Disney Gators are a cancer to this program and why it’s been in the gutter for years
Posted on 10/12/26 at 9:43 am to theCAW
well, Sumrall just cursed during the monday press conference. there goes that narrative.
Posted on 10/12/26 at 2:15 pm to finchmeister08
Oh and Stricklin said it's not true. Keep buying their b.s. I assure you they'll keep dishing it out. He's been here a decade. Hired and fired coaches. Yet, no matter who they hire the team underachieves most games. Then other games the visibly quit.

We need new leadership at UAA. NIL is behind. You can't be that ignorant. But if you are going to be ignorant, then please tell everyone that you are okay with the women's basketball scandal and Stricklin got away it. As an alum, I was disgusted to hear about it. You're not a gator if you turn a blind eye to something like that.

So you'll call this season year zero. You're on that side of the fence. Let's see how much NIL support Sumrall gets for the transfer portal.

If you're okay with this football program becoming the next Nebraska, then so be it. Have fun.

UAA has corrupted fans of the idea that we need to keep hiring and firing coaches. They have manufactured instability on purpose. They don't want to invest in the program. After 12 years of frustration, we finally have the facilities. Now it's the NIL problem. Another fight with the UAA. This shite gets exhausting.
