Unlike Mac, the season is over so we don't really see how he's reacting. Everything is behind the scenes for now.
EDIT: It's late and I'm melting about Florida football which isn't going to be played for another 9 months.

They're not preparing for a bowl game.
They only publicly fired two coaches. Although apparently Edgar from the Orlando Sentinel broke that when he found out against Napier's wishes. So maybe we weren't supposed to know that.
Maybe he's trying to do everything behind closed doors as much as possible?
Because I find it hard to believe, based on what we do know, that it's taking this long to hire a replacement for guys you fired back in the end of November.
Not to mention, no indication of firing any offensive staff or making any changes there?
The whole thing is strange.
I get wanting to move in silence, behind closed doors. But after the showing on the field in 2023, wouldn't it make sense to have something to show the fans as soon as the off season started to try to keep them patient?

We supposedly have a DL coach (coming after 12/22) and an OC in after the NY6 games. Changes coming on OL as well as S&C program as well.

Believe the DL coach is coming from Duke.
Stapleton is getting taken off the field. Not sure if Sale is returning. Believe Korn is coming in as OC.

I hope Slackman is the real deal and is depth that won't drop off hardly from the starters but I have seen some of these Ivy league hyped guys not produce much when they came to a power 5 program. That O lineman has to be better than George at Tackle.
