Fire Napier TODAY. Hire Gruden TODAY. Give him total control of football operations outside of the AD and UAA. Have him use the rest of the season for team and staff evaluation. Have Gruden review the current playbook and use what he can to get through the season. Have current coaches run day to day while he has input but focuses on recruiting, off season workouts and player/staff retention

No to Gruden imo. I could care less about some player retention. Lagway can go imo. I think his ceiling is Franks when he went to Arkansas.

I know this is Pavia last year but that Vandy team is looking good.

Napier will not be fired till the end of the season for buyout reasons sadly. So expect us to keep looking very, very, very bad sadly. He better be fired after the year or it will heat up insanly..not sure how bad. But very sure him and Stricklin will not go out in Public in Gainesville because they both would instantly be beaten up prob.

Gruden fricking blows and hasn't done shite in 20+ years. I dont understand why people are all over him as an option

You know your season is over when people start invoking Gruden.

Too early to throw in Kerwin Bell's name for head coach?

Never too early.

I would like to think he would be a great hire.

Of course the downside is that he has never coached with the big boys and that is of concern. Like politics, you have to have connections. I do not believe that he has enough connections in the SEC to make an impact.

While Pavia is a game changer, the root was getting a coach who played at Vandy so it creates a unique position. Old school coaches are gone and the new ones have less connection with a specific school or conference.
