Not me at least
Ive been very stable about what coaches i do not want in Gainesville
Dimwitz and Fisch being the 2 i would say Hell no too
Saban would be first choice give him whatever he asked for let him coach 3 to 5 years then make him AD
and let him select the next coach after him? Pipe dream i know but would be something you have to consider offering
After that
Lane is #1
Lashlee #2
Dillingham#3
After that then its just going to be a ho-hum hire that will be fired in 4 years

Why not Fisch? Proven Winner and loves UF
Posted on 11/9/25 at 9:42 am to Gatorbait2008
Not a proven winner
Lost to a very bad Wisconsin team yesterday
That had lost 6 in a row
I could care less if he is a gator or not
We need a coach to come in here and change the attitude of the whole football facility
Not a yes sir coach to the AD
That is all fisch would be or Dimwitz

I think your 2nd two options are signing extensions. At least I think I heard that somewhere.
Doubt we would pay Fischs 10 million buyout or so. Don't think we should either.

Also, his one QB is a Florida boy that was committed to UF before Lane flipped him. Ole InstaGator on pre-shutdown rivals site loved him as a recruit, haha.

At this point I'm resigned to Golesh.

Yep that kid did play good at Ole Miss and beat GA as a newby last season. It's just Chambliss did so good when that kid got injured earlier this season Kiffin kept him the starter. We will either end up with him or Chambliss if Kiffin comes here. I highly doubt Kiffin wants to mess with Lagway as he likes more natural runners and with how Lagway has played this season.

quote:I said Brohm would be worth hiring despite his warts just like Lane
swear lol Ya’ll with this weekly love / hate of HCs like they all gonna win out by 60 ppg So if State beats OM I guess we just won’t go after a HC
Lane and Brohm are a 1a/1b situation with very similar warts
I prefer lane because he’s doing it in the sec while Brohm is in the acc

What do you think the chances are we get Kiffin?

Gary Condron is confident but he also said Billy was getting fire last year and then that Billy was coming back only if he hires an OC
I imagine he and other big boosters are tired of wasting money on this garbage and are either going all
In or pulling out

What about Luke fickell?
He probably wants to bail from Wiscy and just beat the Disney Gator Savior Jedd Fisch

And if it's him, I'd be very content. I obviously want Lane first, but Golesh would be a very good second choice in my opinion.

I know your joking but I doubt any big program wants to touch him now as he isn't doing well at Wisconsin.

Not that sticklin is even thinking about this
Just throwing out a name not saying I want him
But do you think Kliff Kingsbury would be someone they may look at
Just asking a question not saying that is who I want

He did go to a title game at a very unproven school that was terrible before he arrived..
