We used to have Qdoba, Moes and Chipotle in Columbia about 6-8 years ago but Qdoba closed. I probably liked it better than the other two but when it comes down to Moes and Chipotle it's Moe's by a mile.

Now there are even more southwest grill type restaurants in Cola like Sure Fire Taco, Salsarita's, and some others.

Fuego Tortilla Grill in TX takes the cake for these types of 'fast casual' Mexican/Southwest places.
