I like having him on the sideline and was glad to see him there. Didn't see a bunch of drops did we?

How did the church festival go?

He came down during the Mizzou game when they were having problems with the headsets but that was the exception.

Scarnecchia will play this weekend

I was right about the running game ... 40 rushes to 16 pass attempts. They worked on the running game a ton during the off week and game week.

I was wrong about Scarnecchia and now I know practice time means nothing when it comes to him because he got 50% of the practice reps with the first team during the past two weeks ... all for naught. I the crew I was sitting with, we all thought for sure he was about to come in after the interception when he got up and started warming up. But he didn't.

You know, we knew they were likely going to start Williams over Rico. Couldn't be sure ... but look at how it fired up Rico. Amd listen, that was Coach Bentley's decision.

Let's say Scar started over Bentley just one game, to send a message. Surely his Dad would understand, right? Which now makes me believe this is all mUSChamp's and Werner's decision and we have to honor that from here on out and just go with it. Be prepared for slow starts. Problem is that we cannot keep getting down early and then fighting back ... it will not work against Ole Miss.

The game as told by the Knox News Sentinel in photos...

Chad Beanblossom smiles for the camera before the game between Tennessee and South Carolina at Williams-Brice Stadium Saturday, October 27, 2018

they came to Columbia wearing their Saturday Finest

a son wears his father's 90's Vols Apex jacket to honor Peyton's glory

while the football trailer donning Vols post-Fulmer accomplishments tells a whole nother story

they found their seats early for 2001, the grandest entrance on Earth

as these Gamecocks played beer pong before defending Williams-Brice turf

completely unaware of how abrupt things would turn upside down

a lead that vanished in what seemed seconds created massive distraught

the third consecutive loss to Carolina - a Trick or Treat nightmare brought

the Great Pumpkin himself stood idly by

while these Carolina Juniors celebrated having never lost to his Vols

thanks to this QB and his big set of brass footballs

his counterpart helpless with no hope in sight as the Gamecock defense delivered a final dose of Halloween fright

The End

Lol, I saw the first guy over by Sir Big Spur before the game. Between the hair, the checkered overalls, and the extra hundred pounds he was carrying, he was hard to miss. Definitely your stereotypical Tenn fan.

If it's the same guy I saw, he was standing over near the visitor's entrance taking pictures with Gamecock fans. There was another guy with him I think who had an orange mohawk maybe?

I saw them both from my seats. It’s hard to stand out wearing orange where they were sitting, but by gawd did they succeed

Tweet from a Vol fan that proves we won on so many levels Saturday:

I'm done with South Carolina. The whole damn state can kiss my arse. I go to Hilton Head for a week to 10 days every year. I send my grand kids to Myrtle Beach every summer. No more! That state gets no more money from me! I'll go to Tybee Island, Ga and both coast in Florida!
