If I just watched my team, the 2nd ranked team in the country, lose to Syracuse then the last thing I'd be talking about is putting up a billboard mocking my in state rivals.
Mind you, I like what Dino Babers is trying to do in Syracuse, but if you are a top 5 team you have zero business losing to them unless your entire team was killed in a plane crash on their way to the game and you had to play the cheer leading squad and baton twirlers instead.
