I have never seen you come anywhere near jumping someone like CG does.
Her and I are more alike than anyone. If you cross us we both have a tendency to go from 0 to 100 quick. We get as nasty as possible fast. It's called the " mike tyson debate" .

I don't know about the modern age of brotherhood but in my generation and older it really was about a communal way of life and less about having a dorm where you could drink. Sorta like the early men's clubs that were formed in the early days by former military as a way to travel and have similar minded friends when you were in a different city.

I'm former Navy so I definitely understand that brotherhood. Best friends I've ever had. I just didn't get into the frat crap. I don't care at all for people that think they are better than others and this was prevalent in the mid 80's with the frat boys. I also was a swimmer so that left little time for anything else.

I blame RR and the whole "Greed is Good" mantra in a post Carter (Navy guy) world. Through Nixon and Carter kids still wanted to be teachers, engineers, and other professions needed in an advancing society. The 80's saw the shift to just getting the MBA then bean counting companies to death while ignoring service and pride in American goods.
