Like everyone else, the logo and lettering being huge bothered the hell out of me.
But I never did like the darker wood being used in the paint either. Just stood out in the wrong way for me.

Looks clean and crisp. It's great. I'm so glad the oddly skinny and diagonal logo is gone.

Maybe I'm in the Minority but I just want to see SOUTH CAROLINA on uniforms.
I don't get it really, UNC likes to coin themselves as the real Carolina, they were here first so rightfully so.
But on their Uniforms it says NORTH CAROLINA.
And we are here with just Carolina on our last couple basketball uniforms.
I say bring something back similar to this but with UA doing it.
EDIT: I would also like to see it on football Uniforms.
ECU can fit East Carolina on the front, why can't we fit South Carolina?

It's all about branding. The school is branding itself as "Carolina" that much is clear.

I'm sure you're right about branding but maybe it has something to do with coach's preferences as well... I believe the WBB jersey's say "South Carolina".
I don't really think we need to engage in this branding war with UNC.. I think we need to establish ourselves as "South Carolina" to the point that when people think of SC they think of "South Carolina".. like Michigan or Wisconsin.
