I've read countless posts on this subject but nobody has made it clear as to what actually occurred until I got the scoop from someone I trust.

He was never convicted but going to a anger management class gives the appearance of being guilty and therefore violating our Policy. Sad thing is it's cheaper to just go to a anger management class and get it over with then having the cost incurred, which he probably didn't have, to fight the charge . 3 years after the class he was an honor student with zero issues. That should weigh more than a he says she says issue.

right! why its okay in academia...but if a business had not employed him over it...those would be the loudest people wanting a boycott.
Its long been known though that academia is one of the more sexist and racist institutions at the highest level.

They are still going after Kavanaugh when there has never been any proof nor will there be. A woman accused him but couldn't remember when it happened nor what house it happened because she is a lying bitch and it never happened.
