frick me, they stuck us with a Dereck Dooley. High Dollar buyout, programs in shambles, highly likable guy with no real experience just to hold the spot for someone better.

We're not morons buddy. We know his resume, especially here. If you're point is so valid. Why are we literally the only fricking football team in American that interviewed him for a HC job in the last 5 years.

I’m going to be optimistic. When muschamp was hired I bitched and complained for years. Him keeping Connor Shaw on staff is big for culture.

Surround himself with good coordinators and we will be fine, something Muschamp didn’t do and should have learned from Florida. But don’t hop on the train when it starts to roll.

By the way, guys. The Dooley thing is about the safest play one can make to stabilize. Allow me to elaborate.
Lets say Beamer rights the ship and just gets us back to bowl games. They stop the bleeding and quiet the herd.
Lets say he sucks, makes bad hires. Well they fire him in 2/3/4/5 and they still get to look like they tried at a discount.
But lets say he makes home run hires, gets out of the way and wins. Well boys and girls, they look like Einsteins.

I believe he's implying the way politics in Columbia have their hand in the way the university is run as well as the way our BOT is selected.
