The amount of interest has been beyond what even I could have expected,” Beamer said. “I’ve heard from so many people before I was announced as the head coach. But since I’ve been announced as head coach, I’ve heard from so many more people interested, and you say to yourself, ‘Wow, he’ be interested in leaving that position to come here?’ I’m talking sitting coordinators in a Power 5 conference that reached out to me. It’s been exciting. A lot of people want to be in Columbia

Don't say shite like this and then keep Bobo the clown, or lose Coach Wolford. You're on the clock and i can assure you. It you frick this up, you'll never, ever get a head coaching gig again. No one gives a frick who your Daddy was, Happy Kwanza.

Edit'ed, your offensive coordinator just sent in his resume against Hugh Freeze. But I'm confident you'll be just as big of a fricking retard as your predecessor and keep Bobo the Clown. And his antiquated 1990's UGA offense that could't work in the god damned SWAC or whatever the frick its called.

Losing Wolford sucked. Dude was a good O-line coach. I feel like our O-line made some good strides this year.

I think Bobo did ok. Before you flame me I want to say that Bobo's biggest downfall of the season was being married to Hill as the starting QB. I think both Hilinski and Doty could have done a better job, even from the get go. Hell, if Doty started day 1 I think he would have been really fun to watch near the end of the season. But Bobo's play calling was far better than what we have had since Muschamp's era here.

With all of that being said, I think it's inevitable that Bobo would stay. Gunner Stockton. As I said awhile ago, I think if Conner Shaw stays we have a 50/50 shot at keeping Stockton. If Shaw and Bobo stay, than I think we are a lock to keep Stockton. I think keeping Bobo is a move to keep Stockton.

The offensive line was horrible against any team with a pulse on defense. Wolford was the main one that needed to go. I have never been impressed with him. Him or Bobby Bentley both are overrated.

Say what you want about Bobo but he improved the offense with no offensive line and no receivers. He can recruit the state of Georgia well too. Have they made an announcement yet on Bobo?

Our line never held up in passing, but the no reciever/passing game made it pretty easy for opponents to load the box and bring whatever pressure they wanted. It should not have been hard to plan against us this year.

That being said, we still had the SECs leading rusher. Yes, Harris is a beast, but even a beast needs a line to run behind. If Bobo was worth a damn he would have put Doty in and ran a triple option variant after the 10th dropped pass.

he's too stupid for that. Stupid coaches try to make garbage players and everyone else fit their offense. Non stupid coaches tailor their offense to fit their players. He's ran the same trashcan offense since he was a qb at UgA. Theres a reason UGA didn't want him back.

Just so we're clear, in this thread alone you accuse bobo of having an offense of "not working in the swac" even though they got to #11 in ypg and top 30 in scoring... then went on to be a proponent of going to the triple option.

Ok. I don't like him, and think he's toxic for the locker room.

Why cause he holds people accountable? I don’t think he is going anywhere but we will hopefully find out soon.

Oh boo hoo whatever will we do a couple players got called out and got mad and refused to play in a bowl game nobody wanted to be at anyway. So basically yes he held some players accountable and they are just being butthurt babies.

Well hopefully Bobo can work his GA recruiting magic and rebuild our secondary since I'm guessing that's who he "held accountable" as they were walking out the door. While he's at it he should look for a WR or two, I'm sure they're all dying to play for him.

Georgia supporters and fans wanted Bobo to stay. The AD was in his cheapskate mode back then and refused to give Bobo a $50K raise. Bobo got a good offer to go to Colorado State as HC.
The AD (McGarity) clashed with Richt all the time and Bobo was his way to get at Richt indirectly.

Appreciate the input. The anti bobo crowd have now stated outright that logic doesn't appeal to them. Essentially if you're a coach that muschamp hired or was interested in hiring, you're bad and we hate you

Yes we are so unreasonable, watching Bama and clemson, even ole miss and Fl score 50 points a game with innovative passing attacks. I just don't get why our fans aren't more excited about firing the head coach everyone feared would give us a dinosaur offense, just to keep the dinosaur OC and double down on our dinosaur offense we finally implemented in said former HCs last year.

The scheme we are choosing to pursue has been proven out of date and ineffective at the power house schools with rosters chalked full of blue chips. But surely mighty south cackalacky will get it right and take the world by storm.

Once the running game is blended with some of the Oklahoma passing game concepts will it still be dinosaur as you say? I swear yall act like people can't change their playbook up. Personally i think a lot of you just wanna bitch to be bitching. In a few years when Bobo has the offense humming yall keep hating okay
