Cockaboose question: Can anyone here get my brother and I on the boose?

Backstory: My brother lives in Greenville, SC and my wife and I make frequent trips to Greenville to visit him.
We either spend our time in Greenville or drive 3 additional hours to Folly Beach/Charleston. Those are the areas of South Carolina that I'm most familiar with.
I may be attending the Mizzou/South Carolina game this year with my brother. How does the Cockaboose work? Do you have to be invited by someone who owns a "car"? Are there public cars where average fans can drink a beer and shoot the shite?
My brother was at the 2012 game in South Carolina. I actually befriended a South Carolina fan on the rant and made formal plans to have him meet my brother for a Cockaboose experience. However, my brother and his wife arrived to the stadium a little late and therefore never met that fan. That made me pretty unhappy with my brother. Essentially, I verbally ripped him a new a-hole.
If I actually go to SC to attend the game, that bullshite won't happen. I'm never late. If we make plans to be at the Cockaboose at a certain time...I guaranty we'll be there.
Any suggestions?

Rooster owns one, but I kind of doubt he'd let you in because of your style on the rant.

And no, you have to be invited onto the Cockabooses. There isn't a public Cockaboose. Lol
