SOURCES: #SouthCarolina RB coach Thomas Brown is expected to take a job on the #Rams staff. The former #UGA running back didn’t coach Bulldogs great Todd Gurley in Athens but have heard they are close.

Also seems as if John Scott is leaving for Penn State and there are rumors that BMac may be leaving as well.

fricking load of bullshite they'd wait this late and after NSD to make these decisions.

ETA: No "appear" to it. John Scott jr is definitely leaving.

frick this entire program. If we'd gone the frick ahead and pulled the trigger on firing Muschamp and just revamped the entire staff this wouldn't be happening. And for those that'll use the whole "but it would have set us back recruiting wise" line how do you think this is going to affect us? Let's just hand deliver reasons to negatively recruit against us to everyone. Coaches waiting until a few days after NSD to leave looks SO good on us even if they are leaving on their own. I'm sure it instills loads of confidence into future recruits to see this shite.

frick Ray Tanner.

Actually I'm extremely glad they did wait otherwise we probably wouldn't have Marshawn Lloyd and maybe Burch/Huntley and who knows who else.

We are already being negative recruited against and true this will be used against us but if they would have left before nsd it would still have been used against us and we would have lost recruits.

So is this a case of " the writing on the wall" with Muschamp or is this Muschamp trying to upgrade knowing this is it?

From what I've heard there is cancer on the staff and not everyone is on the same page nor agree on the agenda. I personally think we have a control freak running our program and that's not going to work these days.

Can't really get upset about Thomas Brown leaving for the NFL.

However, it sucks to lose John Scott.

So that means we have lost huntzler, scott, brown and possibly bmac, and our qb coach. So half the staff is gone.

This feels more like coaches know what's coming and getting out now.

CG is 100% correct about Tanner. Keeping Muschamp another year is just going to dig us deeper in the hole.

It isn't that I'm upset about Brown taking advantage of a huge opportunity, it is that the timing looks horrendous and will be used against us.

Now Scott? That makes zero sense. Sure, they offered a multiyear deal that we weren't willing to do with the uncertainty of Muschamp's future with us. But he's also jumping right into the middle of a giant, swirling shitstorm with the allegations against Franklin that harken back to the Sandusky shitstain already in place. And it feels like he just straight up betrayed us with those things considered. It isn't like he's getting a promotion. He's leaving for the exact same position at Penn State. I mean..if he had any confidence at all in Muschamp's future here wouldn't he have stayed knowing the multiyear deal would come?

It really is so much more than just Muschamp. Say what ya'll want but getting talent has never been our issue. Especially on the Defensive side. Look back at the receivers we've had alone. And you tell me that neither Kiffen nor Leach could have had us highly competitive.

Scott, Brown, McClendon, and Krantz could all be gone.

Time to bring back Lawing and hire Latt as RB coach.

Ain't no way in hell this is a coincidence. Damn near everybody on Twitter is sunshine pumping that it's just coincidental that they all received job offers at the same time.

bullshite.

Thanks, Ray.

Don’t be surprised that everything is a joke when the guy in charge is a clown.

Ray Tanner needs to be gone.

Give me Des Kirchings at rb and diron Reynolds at dline and I'll be happy...we lost 2 coaches calm down. I'm not gonna pump sunshine cause it sucks we lost our 2 most productive assts in the same day, but 1 was to the NFL, that's a no brainier. Scott took a job with his former college coach, shite happens.

Looks like Tracy Rocker is leaving UT to come be our DL coach. Said to be a good coach but lazy recruiter. With the youth we have we need someone who can coach.

Hughes is a upgrade from Lindsay as well. Now go get Kitchings, and a lb coach once bmac is gone.

Thank goodness honestly, we have too many recuiters and not enough coaches that can actually develop talent. Ideally you get both but those guys are hard to find we can make it work with a couple guys like that.

Muschamp is interviewing LSU's RB coach Tommie Robinson tomorrow. 2 yr contract up to $750k/yr possible.

Leach wouldnt have been able to come in when Champ did and recruit well enough to make us competitive. The guy isnt a good recruiter and isnt from this area. That would have been his issue. plus aside from some seasons, he is average.

Kiffin has won at one place, so because he won at a small school in a great state for getting recruiting talent (even with all the big names committing elsewhere) you think he would have come in and won?

its really easy to bash Champ right now, I get it. This may also be the hardest time in USC history to recruit and win, with both UGA and Clemson being at an insane level. With that said he isnt the only one having his staff raided right now. UT is losing coaches to SC, and LSU has taken a beating and may even lose a coach to SC.
