There’s one person I hate it for and that’s Shawn Elliott.
If what you’re saying is true I would hope that the next staff has him included at some capacity.

Why? I mean yeah Shawn seems like a decent dude, but I would be more than okay if a new staff includes nobody from this current one.

I understand that sentiment, but shawn elliotts ol lines have always performed.
This season would be totally different if he was the offensive line coach from day one. That right there is on coach beamer.
This definitely falls squarely on the eight million dollar man..
Shawn would be a welcome addition to any staff.

I've always thought this too. However, SCRooster on the main board had some cryptic and not too flattering things to say about S. Elliot. Rooster is generally in the know about things behind the scenes...

Shawn Elliott is a great OL coach but this OL has little to no talent on it and he’s barely worked with them. I’ve made it clear I believe we should move on from Beamer but no matter who our HC is next season, the number one priority this offseason for our football team this offseason needs to be OL. No one from this line should be on the roster, much less starting.
