You almost have to wonder if the destruction of our baseball program was done on purpose. Team has given up on PM and any talent we have will hit the portal. We have now become an embarrassment.

Depends on the kind of person Tanner is.. certainly didn’t help anyone even attempt to match or overtake his legacy though that’s for sure. Whether or not it was somewhat intentional…

6-24 ...two games worse than Kingston's program worst 8-22 (28-28 overall) ...how fitting for Paul "I didn't come here to lose" Mainieri -
apparently he came back to coaching to simply get embarrassed - at Gamecock baseball's expense no less -
lose the Hoover game and Pawpaw has managed to record only the 3rd overall losing season since 1970 -
Coach Raines had 19 consecutive winning seasons until his final 20th at 25-28 - June still went 13-17 in SEC play -
Kingston managed 4 non-losing seasons before going 27-28 in 2022 - MK still managed to go 13-17 in SEC play -
Pawpaw on track to get his in year 1 -
apparently he came back to coaching to simply get embarrassed - at Gamecock baseball's expense no less -

Hey he didn't know the conference was going to be this tough. It's not like the SEC sends multiple teams to Omaha every year...

You could always tell when a basketball coach was on the hot seat because they started doing this. I remember it with Horn, then Frank....winning teams don't do that type of gimmick
