DV away but id rather us not go to Omaha this year, with us losing so much. It will drive expectations on Kingston up and people will crucify him if we dont atleast make a supers next year with a very inexperienced team.

Got to strike while the iron is hot. I think the expectations are generally going to be Supers regardless of what happens this year anyways.

Omaha would be a great reward for all the shite the seniors and juniors that leave early had to go through under Chad.

I actually understand that ... but then I'm like, nahhh, just win. It's Omaha or bust for us every year. #NoExcuses

Definitely nothing less than the supers.

Other teams lose a lot as well. Sheep humpers lose a lot. Kentucky loses a lot. Everybody loses a lot.

We have to out recruit and out develop them.

This is definitely true. the scary thing is, while it is easy to say that Kingston used who he used because of experience, there have been reports that the guys who have played this year are the only ones that Kingston thought deserved to be on the team at all, meaning the bench warmers could likely transfer out.

#2 because we have only one freaking LHP, John Gilreath, we are going to have to allocate more crooting spots for rectifying that situation than would be normal.

We need to win tonight. IMO, it would only further validate the Kingston hire. Plus, who knows what could happen once we get there? Never pass up the chance at a title.

Kingston has high enough expectations himself. The ones placed on him by the fans are nothing. The man is a confident leader.

Dont get me wrong i want to win like everyone else, just saying ppl will beed to temper expectations next year regardless. Kingston has done a hell of a job, and just making a regional next year will be an accomplishment

That's a true story. But when he said it I am of the opinion, at least I interpreted it to be him sending a signal to the backups to step your game up or I'll replace you. Remember, he played quite a few Freshmen early out of necessity.

We're gonna be fine next year. Omaha or bust.
