I’ve seen a lot of defending of the SEC decision to not play ACC rivals etc...

Without question had the ACC did this every single one of you would have the opposite opinion. Fact.

How hard is it for in state rivals to play each other??? I mean seriously?

There is no defending this and the Sec made a big mistake. Stop defending the indefensible.

Stop melting over this. ACC screwed themselves with the bullshite home state rule. We don’t care about your irrelevant conference no matter how many threads you start.

The lesson learned here is don't make plans regarding college football without checking with the SEC first.

Bitching and moaning about at least 2 embarrassing losses(FSU/GT), 1 toss up that is meaningless in the big picture(Kent/Lou) and a Clemson/So Car game that the only value is if Clemson loses is just dumb. It only hurts the schedule strength for the top schools. Those games hold no value to the SEC.

Why is it so hard to understand that by doing a +1 you open yourself up to having to pay the non conference schools you end up not playing? By not adding a +1 sec schools likely won’t have to pay any non conference schools whose game was cancelled.

Yeah, but at least Clemson still gets to go to Boston.

This makes the most sense.

Money drives most all of college football decisions.
