Yeah, and he will do good things for WKU. Will be back in a power conference in 2 years as HC, but I'm glad he's back home in the bluegrass.

So the question remains, should we schedule them?

Stansbury is an amazing coach, but people are giving him too much credit on the recruiting front.

Kennedy went out and got Jalen Jones and Danuel House. He also kept Alex Caruso at A&M after we lost Turgeon. Kennedy is also the reason we have Robert Williams (#1 recruit in LA). The Post player that Stansbury got A&M has already transferred.

Most of the great class A&M reeled in had more to do with the players that were on campus (Avery Johnson Jr. and Alex Robinson). Those kids got Admon Gilder, DJ Hogg, and Tyler Davis on board.

This is actually a great opportunity for A&M to go out and hire an "elite" recruiter for the program.

I would like to see UK and WKU play, but I'm sure WKU would want a home and home, and that isn't happening. If they would play UK at home, and then perhaps in Nashville, then that might happen.

hey man, the guy coached for 20 years in the 'Sipp. I think fans down here can vouch for his recruiting ability a little bit more than you can. Stansbury can recruit at an elite level.

I'll stay out of this.

I'll stay out of this part too except, he got a lot of credit for recruiting final four players under Williams but I have no idea how Dontae Jones completed 36 hours at USM to qualify. He got good players while he was HC but his dogged pursuit of Renardo probably cost him his job.

That may have been a different era. The AAU scene seems to dominate TX. He hasn't done too well this year. A&M only has the commitment of 1 top 20 player from the state.

he signed monte ellis, travis outlaw, and Jackie (dang, forgot his last name, all who went straight to the nba out of high school. and all those guys would have played on the same team together, in addition to hansborough and hood, who transferred out and are now in the nba...that is a roster that would have taken a shat on UKs one a dones. yeah, stans can recruit
