It was a simultaneous catch. The reciever (koy Moore) never had possession of the football. He never made a football move up field and he didn't go to the ground with possession of the football prior to the strip. It was an interception, the defensive player ripped the ball out of the recievers hands before the reciever had possession of the ball, therefore the knee being down was irrelevant. IT WAS AN INTERCEPTION.
