Won't happen at LSU due to in-state talent.
A lot of people think our coaches are the only recruiters we have in that state. We have pipelines established from when Saban was here and they’ve been expanded on since. They’ve lasted through two idiot coaches. They are very strong and will continue.

LSU's troubles are directly attributed to good recruiting on paper but poor retention of players.

In short or recruiting looks good on signing day but players are not panning out and leaving the program.

O needs to take into consideration grades and character along with the stars.

Star gazing is a tool to qualify players with the measurables, Saban has the ability to pass on players with great abilities but poor grades, issues and attitudes.

A good class this year and retaining our young players will turn the program around quickly

O has proven he can win with good players and right now LSU has lost too many players to draft, opting out, portal and simply not working out.

Exactly. If anything we are the opposite of Tennessee/Nebraska in that regard.

You guys have in state talent. Your issue is that you have a bad coach. A mediocre coach would probably have you at 9-10 wins a year.

I didn't dislike the O hire, thought he was a good fit. But it seems he has regressed.

He was supposed to be the manager. But the right coaches in place and manage other aspects of the team. Without the right coordinators, the premise of his hire is destroyed.

I would hope our golden boy AD will do his job and prevent us from becoming a shite show like those schools you mentioned.
