We were told he was a great coach by people when we fired him.

Chad by his own admission wasn't s good highschool coach. He just took gus's scheme and ran that. It worked for him but it's not like he came up with the offense.
Now thst everyone runs those plays and understands the scheme i doubt he sets the world on fire.
