Think of it as a reload, not a rebuild.

That is what LSU will be doing.

I think O will love the challenge.

Another NC within 3 years, I predict.

Half a dozen threads on the first page about the same topic.

Who in the hell are you trying to convince?

You’ve had one good QB in like 5 decades and think you can just reload on offense like that?

We will see.

This is what it sounds like. 2020 will be gearing back up and 2021 is the year to make a run. Any reasonable LSU fan should be fine with that. Alot of great talent on this team and they will do fine but not expecting CFP this coming year.

Replacing Burrow is a tall order. After the losses this year, I can't call it anything but a rebuild.

A reload would indicate that you already have players on the team with equal or better talent ready to fill the spots left vacant. The QB spot alone shoots down the reload.

Maybe we'll see atm win something once? I don't think so.

Congrats on the $75 mill coach though

If that's the definition of reload, it's impossible to reload when this team was arguably the GOAT.

Reload just means your team has enough talent to do what you did the year before and compete for a title. Now, I don't know if the team this next year will do that, but it will certainly be very talented. Experience will be the issue with LSU next year, but could set up another run in 2021.

Burrow
Bert Jones
Matt Flynn
Jamarcus Russell
Rohan Davey
Tommy Hodson
Herb Tyler
Allen Risher

Just to name a few good ones over the last 5 decades. Many of those were better then your best ever.
