Ark made 3 mistakes leading up to Morris

1- Smith... how can you let a guy coach 1 whole year as interim and expect to recruit? Should have made a hire.

2- Firing Bret. Honestly think that was a mistake. His 4th season was close to a 9 win season and you had wins over #15, #12, #10.... with one of the TOUGHEST schedules in the nation.
3- Hiring Morris who had never done anything to prove he was capable of running a program. He was 14-22 as a HC. 2–10 in 2015, 5–7 in 2016 and 7–5 in 2017.

Ark will be down and out for a while... this next hire needs some substance or that program could be shite for the next 10+ years

1. Happened in April, not sure who your are going to hire as a permanent replacement during that time of year.
2 & 3 are result of our great group of billionaire boosters who took over the decision making. I'm not sure who a group of people who know so little are able to gather so much wealth... or why they are allowed to have so any say other than if the buildings they pay for bare their names or not.

They are paying 21 MILLION to ex coaches.
The roster was down as it is. 38% of them transferred. NOBODY is walking into Ark without a 100% 4 to 5 year build.
