Jimbo said in his presser that Renfro is suspended for this game, TBD if he'll play vs Clemson

He most likely will play against Clemson. This is just something hes saying right now, I would guess

I think so too. Jimbo probably saying what he feels Renfro needs to hear, that he's not off the hook just yet, and what plays best with the media (and not just sitting a guy out against a weak team with the intention of bringing him back against a harder opponent)

Biggest takeaway after reading that is "Holy shite" we are young, next couple of years with how the schedule works out we should be damn salty. I know, always next year

Is this their way or not naming a QB or RB?

I thought Tucker could be an impact player. He’s not even going to start.

I feel comfortable with all 6 WRs on the depth chart. It’s nice having this kind of depth.

I wonder what the plan is for Green. Is he a guard for now or will he challenge for tackle this year.

Yup. We have 2 SR starters and 1 of them is a punter.

I know it’s always next year, but I’ve had 2020 circled as THE YEAR since the Jimbo hire. 2021 might be pretty salty too.

Has there been any kind of reports on who people think the backup qb will be based on practices so far?

When do we start talking about expectations for demani? Him being the starter would be a big deal

Same. Don't want to look too far ahead but the schedule next year with 21 starters returning (barring Jrs going pro early)

Is the Renfro suspension the ‘standard’ issue?

So I guess we now know why Erick young isn't on the depth chart. He might miss up to a month

I believe Jimbo clarified in his press conference that Kellen and Jashaun are the starters. Not sure the intention behind the "OR" with those two

Richardson would have been a 5 star if had not got injured. Still wonder what happened to Tucker, after that Ole Miss game I thought he was going to turn into at least an All-SEC player for us, did he get injured and lose his edge?

Great question and I thought the same thing. Definitely tackling like an 2003-2017 Texas A&M safety

As fans, we tend to favor the big hitter safeties, but coverage is sooo much more important in the game today. Spring Game 2018, Jace blew by Tucker for a TD, and I knew we were in trouble on the back end.
