Who was the last hire to not do well? It's a job with almost guaranteed success when you have 5 stars everywhere

He was pretty good coach, but seems we are likely going to upgrade. This was a blessing for all involved. I'm glad Baker will get to coach at bama, I think he wants to get a premier job in the NFL and bama will be a good springboard.

Just official, not official official, won't be official official until Saban makes public announcement, and it'll be for all the new hires at one announcement.
