He was wide open down the middle of the field our blocking was just so horrible Cornelius couldn't throw it to him and had to go to his check down storey. O thought it was good

Correct. Storey wasn’t the primary option on that play. Cornelius should have just taken the loss when he couldn’t get the downfield pass off.

It was Chaney-esque running a trick play when your base offense is working. Craddock is the youngest coordinator in the SEC and has almost no experience as a playcaller.

It was an idiotic play call, especially since the passer didn't throw to an open receiver.
What's more idiotic is revealing the play in a game where you're up that much and your regular plan is working.
When NE ran a similar double pass play a few years ago in the playoffs, they were down 14 pts and desperate to get back in tbe game... They also hadn't ran the play in 13 yrs....

No worries. They’ll almost all be replaced by the class coming in that may actually be able to get open.
