I take JB Grimes over Herb Hand 10 out of 10 times. Herb's a nice guy, but his record is suspect and I said it when we hired him. Grimes' recruiting is suspect, but at least he can identify a qualified starting lineup prior to game 4, as opposed to falling into one by accident due to injuries. That being said, I'd prefer qualified fresh blood to either of them.

Didn't Grimes just accept the OL job at UConn?
