Why is Phil4Bama banned from the Bama board? Is reinstatement possible?

As stated in the title.
Yes, I do realize he has trollish posts at times. But I've never known him to take it too far and cross a line that would deserve being kicked off the Bama board. He said he has filled out the access form several times, but has not gotten any kind of response.
Did he do something egregious, that deserved banning from the Bama board? Because if so, I retract my reinstatement request.
If nothing else, he would like an explanation of the banning.

I know I didn't follow the board access protocol. But, because the Bama board ban began barely over a week ago, he is not a new poster. And its hard for me to fill out the form for him...

Dude, it was a serious request if anyone knew anything. The tweet appeared to be from Adam Shefter and I was trying to see if there was anything to it. There was nothing whatsoever meant as a troll about it.

Salsa, I copied and pasted that tweet directly from someone else’s twitter account. I couldn’t determine if that was the real Adam Shefter or not.
