Saban left LSU in good shape. It took a decade of #tDecline to undo what he did there.

MSU is in good shape but only until Spring practice, then everything goes to shitt. That is what made Mullen a genius. Every year he made chicken salad out of a shitt sandwich with mustard on it.

Joe Moorehead is so not gonna be able to win next year. He needs 3 years to win again.

At least they held a search and made a quality hire.

I wouldn’t start threads like these if my team had just decided to hire Shula lite.

You’re right. We hired Shula in May, not July, and Shula never lost to anyone 66-3.

You do realize that we only lose 5 seniors on offense and defense combined that played regular minutes? All 5 missed atleast 2 games this year due to injury, and three of them missed 4 or more games. I'd be shocked if we don't return the most starts in power 5 football next year. Not to mention that we don't have to deal with Ole Miss's cheating arse on the recruiting trail for atleast 4 years. It's a top 10 team on paper next year.

Do you're frickin homework if you are going to troll, otherwise you just look like a dumb arse.

Their new coach is highly regarded.

Frankly, we have no idea how successful State will be in the first few seasons post-Mullen. It's rather unpredictable.

That game in Starkville against Florida in September will be fun, though.

Yeah, State should be good again next year. Schedule sets up pretty nicely, especially if they can beat K-State on the road.

Who really knows after that.

I'd kill for LSU to have done what State did: They identified a candidate, somehow kept negotiations quiet, got the contract signed and did it without elevating the defensive line coach down the hall.
