They offered letting Eli start to keep the streak alive. Eli decline saying it would tarnish the streak.
The Giants' season is done. I don't blame them for being forward looking. They will use the remainder of the season evaluating the need for drafting a QB this year.

no. Giants management hasn't drafted worth a shite for years and their OLine has years worth of shitty technique taught to them.
Eli is the only reason why they aren't winless.

Back in 2007 I thought McFadden was gonna destroy it in the NFL. He certainly was a beast at Arkansas. He was alright in the NFL, 2 thousand yard seasons.

If I’m Eli I’d be looking for a trade ASAP. They will be bringing in a new HC that will probably want to clean house and start over. Trade to Denver. Win Super Bowl. Retire.

My son was QB for his high school team. His OL was so bad I was lobbying for them to just fall down when the ball was snapped. There was at least a chance that the defense would trip over somebody on their way to killing him. Pulled the plug when he got held up by one player and blindsided by another. Spent next 10 minutes on his back. Never again wanted to see that look where he has no idea who I am.
This is a "protecting".

McFadden is probably my favorite Hog player ever. Hope he ends up back here in some role. He loves Arkansas.
