What does "DATway" mean on the orange state of Tennessee below the trophy? Is that pointing to the way Butch heads next to coach?

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee’s football spring slogan — D.A.T. — stood for “Details, Accountability and Toughness” but didn’t get much attention.
Coach Butch Jones said last week on the Cube Show on 103.9 FM in Athens, Ala., that he likes the way the Vols have gone about their work.
“[Leadership] has to be a collective group effort, and that’s why our theme going into the spring was ‘DAT,’ which stood for Details, Accountability and Toughness,” Jones said. “A lot of that stems around leadership, especially the accountability part of it.”

That's the old end of the stadium. They just released details for the next phase of renovations that are about to begin
The areas that weren't included in the last phase of renovations are tough. Luckily they're about to be fixed.
