Want to know Boom's secret?

He's always angry.

If we go back to dropping passes and punts, and covering receivers casually, we are going to get our asses kicked.

Make no mistake, we played over our heads Saturday.

We've played three shitty games and two good games.

Good Georgia has to play in order to beat the cocks. It won't be a cakewalk.

If that team from Saturday shows up, I'm gonna be happy and uberdrunk. Let's hope we are pissed off.

I just hope that hurricane doesn't cause this game to be played in pouring rain and mud.

I'm thinking about this game as the first preseason game for the 2017 season.

No other way for me to think about it enthusiastically.

I'll be cheering for a win, and pissed off about a loss, but ultimately I just don't want anyone getting hurt.

Richt spoiled me. I've become acclimated, accustomed, to being in the East Chase every year.

Here's to hoping that over time Mr. Smart can make me acclimated, accustomed, to being in the NC chase every year.

Starting in 2017.

I'm with you. We've all been spoiled but Saturday was a fluke. From a penalty on McGraw, to missing several tackles on the kick return, to another holding penalty, to not being in the right place to knock down a pass. But we out played a team with a lot more experience and they stole one. It's make or brake time. Coaching and players needs to get better, smarter, and more disciplined but the effort and energy was there. Our heavy load of underclassmen can either break and quit or keep fighting and bring that same effort and energy and we will run the table.

We're not out of it. Chances are low that we win the East, but there is still a lot of football to be played.

No wait. Let's rehash all of Kirby's mistakes from his very short head coaching career and talk about what a great coach Richt was.
