Joe Burrow is immensely talented. Will be one of the best QBs of this new generation. He’s also very cocky and arrogant. Some people see that as cool, others do not.

The only people using the word "arrogant" to describe JB are SEC ranters here, i.e. none who know him personally. As opposed to someone like Coach Parcells, the long time NFL head coach. He put it best recently : "when you consider all the prima donnas & huge egos in the league today, it takes a strong confident QB to maintain control of the huddle. No nice guys are very successful any more". Were Namath, Montana, or current next HOF A. Rodgers considered nice, easy going guys? Coincidental that no one here mentions the millions of dollars his charitable foundation has brought in.

To say that he is “cocky” or “arrogant” doesn’t mean that one is saying that Burrow is a bad guy or anything. That’s just the way he carries himself. I don’t think he is a bad guy because of that.
