So he shot something with a BB gun on campus and it’s a felony? Good thing he didn’t have a pocket knife on him or it would be the death penalty.

Yea I just saw that updated report. Obviously bad decision making but he is about to have his life ruined because of a damn BB gun. Insane. Can’t believe he is getting hit with all those charges for being a college kid.

When I was a kid in grade school, the school would have a Turkey shoot and other fun stuff on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They had BB guns for the contest, but you could bring your own if you wanted. They also made everyone dress up as either pilgrims or Indians and we did a big larp reenactment thing before the big meal. I always chose Indian because we got to shoot bows and do this game where you chunked rocks at a pile of sticks to try to knock it down like jenga. Probably something like 17 felonies and 25 non PC micro aggression/cultural appropriations per student on that Wednesday alone, and it was only a half-day. Was really fun.
