I’ve been saying fire Bobo and Mason, but that 4th down decision was terrible.

The decision wasn’t terrible. Questionable, perhaps, but not terrible.

Not lining up and stuffing it down their throats - or even trying to - was the terrible part.

Going for it inside of your own 40 right before halftime isn’t terrible?

The terrible part wasn’t going for it on fourth down. The terrible part was the retarded play call we chose

Lets be 1000% real here. What does Auburn have to offer that makes it better than other good jobs? Your rivals are state schools ranked at #1 and #2 right now both of them recruit lights out. No NIL system right now like other schools are going towards and you have a lame duck AD along with a transition at the President position.

Nobody worth a shite is going to come to Auburn and get their arse beat every year by Alabama and Georgia.

I mean Saban is 70. If you are a young coach and willing to come in and compete I think you could build a good foundation to try and compete once Sabans gone. Then you have UGA but I mean really, they haven’t won shite.

It takes a special type of personality to come to Auburn. I think Harsin has that type of personality. I just think he has a really shitty staff and needs to fix it ASAP. If he decided to keep Bobo, I have no doubt he is out by year 4.

I liked the Harsin hire too but hated most of his staff hires other than Mason (I was completely wrong about Mason). Schmedding, Watts, Etheridge, Friend, and Kiesau can all kick frickin to rocks.

Unfortunately, there ain’t no more young, motivated, SEC-experienced Pat Dye’s available anymore to walk through that door.

Can we stop this bullshite? Harsin is dry toast and failing on the recruiting trail. We all want Harsin to be the guy, but there is zero evidence he’s building a high quality program.

Like hell it wasn't. We were controlling the game. We were on our backup QB and missing a WR. It's a one TD game. We are on our 35. Punt the ball and make them drive the field...........to end the half.

ETA The entire game turned on that call.

Neither was last year apparently. No year will be a good year until the PTB get serious. Uat finally got tired of losing and gave Saban whatever he wanted and total control of the program. That’s what it will take to get a championship caliber HC, but the big money men aren’t that desperate yet I guess.

Uh yea, I never said the contrary? I’m not excusing it, just saying that I think it’s the main issue right now

You're delusional if you think those were his hires. Why the frick would he go with randos that he had no connections with? It's obvious he had to pick SEC guys if he were to get the job.

Stay off the message boards. He hired those guys because he wasn't confident in his own vision. He in the depth of his soul questioned if he deserved this job and went with what he thought were safe hirers. Ironically, those hires revealed his weakness as a leader. Who did Meyer hire when he came from Utah?
