If Broderick Jones keeps playing well, does Salyer move to a guard spot?

That’s the ideal scenario - Salyer kicks into LG Shaffer slides over to RG. Truss is going to be good just not consistent yet.

A lot of fans feel this way, only time will tell if Kirby and the coaches feel like they want to do this. My gut based on what we've seen from Kirby is that this is not the *most* likely outcome, but I'd be surprised if they don't at least give it some serious consideration in practice to see how it plays.

You dont take someone playing well and depend upon him to block will anderson or ohio state in a playoff game.

Salyer is an elite college left tackle now. Our best line has him at left tackle.

I dont know more than the coaches. But i continually feed Truss reps at RG to see if he can grab the spot over Ericson.
