It was one of those games where Arkansas didn't play well. The Ole Miss loss hurt them and they didn't get over it.

Bo Nix played extremely well and we shite the bed multiple times, penalties, dumb decsions, injuries, gameplan, and everything else.
Our defense is also not designed to take direct punches to the face over and over again like Auburn did with its Power fullback offense. Odom defenses play much better against Big 12 style teams like Ole Miss, Miss State, Texas, etc.

The scheduling dynamic sucked for us. We played Auburn after consecutive weeks of A&M on a neutral field, Georgia on the road, and Ole Miss on the road.

If Arkansas converts on that two point play then they beat Auburn.

Basically this.
It was one of "those" games that just had a weird energy before and during the game, and it permeated into the crowd. I was at that game and the stadium was very tame and everything just seemed *off*.
Probably had a lot to do with the 11am kickoff and OM game the week before, we just played extremely flat and mistake prone football. We beat ourselves more than Auburn beat us by far.
We play that game again and I think we win pretty handily. That game will probably be the one loss that haunts me the most from this season

Fumbling in our own end zone didn’t help. I thought we were the better team but not by much.
