Thank ya'll so much for the responses. We are leaving very early and hope to find a good spot. I haven't been to Athens in years so it will all be new again.
My son is beyond excited. Do they let people down near the hedges before the game for pictures and all? I know its only Charleston Southern, but I'm excited, too!

Yes, and the area under the bridge is now covered in some cool callbacks to big plays and games and past championship teams. Lot of photo ops to be had in the stadium

Man, getting back to Athens for any reason gets me excited. I’ve been to Athens more this fall than any year since undergrad and it’s been a damn treat. I told my wife yesterday that if I can find a job that will pay me as much as I make now and is at least a lateral move, we’re moving. It really might be my favorite place on earth.
