I joined the Sec rant at the beginning of football season. I never realized how important football is to people in this conference. It borders on life and death with many of you. I look forward every day reading how much it affects people's lives. I mean coaches getting millions of dollars to coach a game how good of a gig is that. Then get huge payouts and they laugh all the way to the bank. Keep up the good work as it is such a good time to read how serious you all take football.

are the players getting college degrees? Most will never play in the NFL. Are they better people because of playing football. Do they learn self-discipline and other life values? If that happens then the game of football is worthwhile, if not then it has zero value.

This site also has one of the best Poli boards on the entire internet. I spend more time there than on the football side.

sure Mizzou sucks but it has zero effect on my life. I enjoy watching football when the games are over I turn the channel and maybe watch the next game. It's a fun competition and nothing more. I truly believe fans let it affect how they act and treat people if their team loses. Well at least it keeps mental therapist in business helping fans when their beloved team loses.

Yeah, that history/psych/woman’s study degree will really be a life game changer in return for $200k student debt, vs no student debt. College is about more than a degree.
But lookie here Abraham.. why don’t you go have some kale for lunch, then ride your single speed fat tire bike over to the coffee shop for an afternoon latte (dah). Your systemic gay-ness, batting hands, sniffly dismissing other people’s enjoyment, works in your community..it is boring in ours…and so are you.
