What exactly is the principle?

The principle is that it is not the business of the media to know his health status. He also doesn't think the vax should be mandated and should be a personal decision.

Or do you just like fascism? Just know it is less fun when someone you dislike gets in charge. If you won't stand up for the right of someone to have liberty on an issue that you personally disagree with understand that one day you will lose your liberty too. The only question is do you get Chavez or Pinochet or the Spanish Civil War.

Which is, and should be, entirely within his right. None of anyone's fricking business.
This.

I don’t understand why not answering the question in a presser means that he’s not vaxxed.

Regardless of your opinions on the mandate, his vaccination status is not for public consumption unless and until he chooses to make it so.

Even if he doesn’t get the shot Aubie will find a way to keep him through some kind of exemption.

This is just something for woke sports media to get riled up about.

Just pure nonsense. This was a decisions made by the school, not the coach.

Rolovich decided on his own not to follow an order from his employer. He CHOSE to not follow the order thus ending his employment.

After they bite him Harsin's wife skins and fries them in buttermilk batter and they eat rattlesnake fingers for days. It is part of his religion.

Bryan Harsin declined again to discuss his vaccination status, even as a deadline looms following an Auburn University mandate for all employees.

Good for him. He doesn't have to explain that to the brainless press

How does the state of Alabama not have a law on the books yet that blocks public institutions from requiring shots.

The state legislature there has failed its constituents. If the law existed, the schools would be forced to either break state law or a federal, may not even be legal, executive mandate, which isn't even a law.

Many other states already have these laws to prevent just such an event.

Real shocker that so many anti vax people are uninformed. Alabama did pass an anti-vaccine passport law back in the Spring. This is a federal mandate for federal employees and contractors of which Auburn is one. By the way Texas' mandate is an executive order not a law.

Correct. He doesnt have to explain anything and he doesnt have to prove to Auburn that he is vaxed and Auburn can chose to fire him for that. Everybody has a choice

If Auburn gives him an exemption because he coaches the football team I hope there are protests enough to shut it down.

If, on the other hand, he gets an exemption because of his religion, then anybody else should be able to claim for the same reason.

So youre cool with a business having the liberty to bar unvaccinated or unmasked people from entering their business?

Good thing about living here in Texas is that there are some private clinics that will squirt the vaccine in the sink and give you your card. It’s great

I mean, sure, good article. Except for the fact that the moron who wrote it thinks the coach is to blame.

Yeah... Here's the problem.

EVERY Major media post I've found states the same. His fault - blah, blah, blah. They love to editorialize to fit the narrative.

Obviously most of us don't agree with it.

The same mandate exists for Alabama, it came down from the state for all universities. But people are for some reason focusing on just Auburn, I guess because their memo came out five minutes before the UA memo came out.

The major media are full of sheep who have been giving marching orders from the DNC to keep the division in this country going
