Actually he is providing a shield for the freedom of privacy. If more people would refuse to answer, it would reestablish the right to personal health decisions and to privacy.
This would be akin to someone refusing to answer if they were a witch or not in colonial Massachusetts. There was a man who did so, and the awesome person was crushed by rocks for doing so.

fascism comes from the left, in fact the Italian who first wrote and talked about it was a socialist.
The most famous fascists were Nationalist SOCIALISTS.
The main difference between the two tends to be on govt or private ownership of businesses.

"No, but he's going to need to request some sort of exemption. If he refuses vaccination and doesn't try to bullshite his way out of it, the man is looking for a new job come December 8th."
I tend to disagree. There will have to be provisions made for those with medical and religious exemption. You cannot just fire them because some pencil pusher somewhere decided this was good practice of medicine, because it is not. I work in a federal facility and am seeing the caca hit the fan over these mandates and HR is struggling with all of these issues. For instance, if he or she declines vaccination, they can actually require them to be tested regularly, but they cannot fire them without provision. The lawsuit would not be easy to defend.
I loathe Auburn, but good for Coach Harsin, and Coach Leach and the rest of these guys for not allowing themselves to be pulled into a political mine field and wallow in the muck of political theater.

It's all collectivism, though.
I'm just sick of collectivism.
