Deciding between local high school football game and a downtown event at the moment. Also have to swing by the office and release about 20-30 tax returns before midnight. Will do that before I start drinking

Drinking some shitty IPA that I bought to experiment with. Got three left and won’t waste them but I’d rather be drinking busch at this point.

Bonneville Shoreline. Long slow distance run above Red Butte Gardens then cook a steak and salad. Might watch some football. Woo.

Exactly what I am doing. Ribeye and a side Cesar salad.
Wife passed her Florida medical boards. Got the results yesterday. Big news for us. She has started looking for a job down here now. My alone time will be coming to an end soon.
Worked today from 5am to 11:00 am then headed over to Holmes beach for some relaxation. Weather was absolutely perfect. Blue skies as far as you could see.
Damn that was nice.

Daughter has a college VB game we will be watching tonight and tomorrow. Some football.

Hanging out at home this weekend. I like most of what Ghost Train brews but their light lager is worse than natural light.

I’m doing ok. I have had my youngest son with me since I have been here so it’s been ok. We went back to Georgia last weekend for my 25 year old sons wedding. All went well and he and his bride are in Dominican Republic now celebrating. My young son stayed in Georgia so I’m here alone for a few weeks.
He and my wife are flying down next weekend and my wife is staying for a few days so that will be nice. I have to admit, after 35 years of marriage, it’s tough not to be with them.
I have been getting to work very early and trying to get off a little early the past week. I have also been getting outside in the afternoons after work and doing some jogging and walking. Lost about 20 pounds since I have been in Florida so that is nice.

My Friday night plans: hoping my wife doesn’t go in labor with our second kid until early next week. Selfish of me to want one more calm ish weekend before the storm while she’s slightly miserable? Maybe…but doesn’t change my hopes.

What does your youngest son play? Football? My youngest played last night instead of Friday due to referee shortage. Lol
My oldest son gets married in Dec. I told him he was dumb. Haha
I have been getting in some games for my daughter when they play closer by. It’s been fun watching her improve and move up in stats. I’m out going to game now. Have a good one
