Take the under. LOCK.
While Ole Miss offense is legit, Tennessee is fools gold. This isn't going to be the "shootout" that people are hyping it to be.

Did you watch our defense vs. Arkansas last week?

USCjr has a better defense than Ole Miss and we hung 28 in the first quarter. This will absolutely be a shootout

Arkansas has a legit offense.
Tennessee does not.
Tennessee is pyrite.

Tennessee has a better offense than you currently. You just have an NFL defense so it doesn't matter how good you are on offense.

If Tennessee has a running back corps and O line worth a pinch of squirrel shite they will run the ball for 5 touchdowns.

everything about this points to it being a shootout....
....which is absolutely why I can see this being some weird 28-24 type game.

You could be right. Arkansas has much better offensive talent and only scored 14 in the first half. But these two defenses will see a ton of plays. I think fatigue leads to an inflated final score.

I think the key to this game is if either team has consecutive three and outs. This could hinder the defense being time earlier and lead to a blow

To me it’s red zone defense. We forced two fg attempts last week and had a few other stops ruined by face masking and horse collar penalties. I don’t think our defense is as far away as they have looked in recent weeks and my gut tells me this is the week they show it. I think OM scores fifty on them so Tennessee won’t need to do a whole tot to get us close to this O/U.
